We’re Singing Rooster and work directly with farmers. We help Haiti’s cacao producers to improve crops, increase capacity, farm with environmental responsibility, and produce consistently high quality cacao crops in Haiti. We took proceeds from 2015 chocolate bar sales and built fermentation tanks for a farmer cooperative near Cap Haitien. This DOUBLED capacity to produce export-worthy cacao.
