Here’s a recipe for the best banana smoothing ever. Blend the following ingredients
- 2 large bananas (frozen?) cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (chocolate?)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 4 ounces of very strong coffee
- toss in a couple tables spoons of roasted cacao nibs from Haiti — blend them well first; they’ll add the perfect touch of chocolate
