blend the following ingredients

  • 2 large bananas (frozen?)  cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1 cup greek yogurt (chocolate?)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 4 ounces of very strong coffee
